Description
After users complete the Bind to Cloud operation, the device is not bound to VNNOX and device activation fails.
Causes
The device is not unbound after testing.
Remedies
- 1: Reset the device to its factory settings
- 2: Contact the technical support engineer to unbind the device from the original account。
