Users view playback information related to players.
Related Information
Play logs record related playback information including general and detailed information.
System doesn't support viewing the play log of the current day.
If the function of hiding play log of a media item is turned on, the play log of this media cannot be found.
Viewing Play Logs
System administrator can view the play logs of all players. Sub-users can view the play logs of players only in the public workgroup, the workgroup the sub-user belongs to and its sub-workgroups, as well as the logs of players shared to the workgroup the sub-user belongs to.
can capture screenshots of the playback window to check whether the playback status and the content being played are correct. If necessary, users can turn off the screen instantly.
Prerequisites
This function requires the following versions of players. If the player version does not meet the requirements, see 5.2.5.4 Upgrading Player Software to upgrade the player.
- Synchronous player: VPlayer V2.0.0 and later
- Asynchronous player: Taurus V1.2.4 and later
Related Information
- After a player is unbound, the system will clear the related screenshots.
- The screenshots only of the internal video source can be captured.
Operating Procedure
Step 1 Choose Play LogPlays.
> Players Management >Step 2 Set search criteria and click Search.
- Date Range: This is a required parameter. It is used for specifying a period of time. The date range cannot be more than 30 days and the date cannot be set to the current day.
- Players: This is a required parameter which is used to specify one or more players to be queried.
- Keyword: This is an optional parameter. It is used for specifying the keyword and searching range.
Step 4 (Optional) Click Export to save play logs to the local device2 Select one or more players and click Screenshot.

Step 3 Click OK. .. is displayed in the Solution column of the player list, as shown in Figure 6-8.

When View screenshot is displayed, the screenshot is captured successfully, as shown in Figure 6-9.
Viewing the screenshot
Step 4 Do any of the following to view the screenshot and the related information.
For the internal video source, the latest screenshot is displayed. For the external video source, the default picture is displayed.
- Click View screenshot.
- Click the player name to access the attribute page and select the Screenshot
Step 5 (Optional) Click Recapture to capture a screenshot again.
Step 6 (Optional) Click Emergency Off to turn off the screen immediately.
