Feature Updates

New features

      • User name was added in the user registration information.
      • Allows users to change the user name once which is generated by the system after cloud services were combined.
      • Allows users to be created by entering user names and passwords.
      • In the user list, icons are used to indicate user statuses and a Contact column was added.

Improvements

      • Slider verification during user registration was changed to image verification.
      • An icon was added for language switching.
      • On the homepage, you can open a service by clicking any area of the service entry.
      • The prompt messages under the input boxes on the pages after cloud services were combined were improved.
      • In the OEM system, VNNOX keywords were replaced with system name.
      • The Contact Us function is globally available.
      • The prompt text on the conflict resolving page was improved. If the phone number is conflicted, the field will be left blank and become optional.

Fixed Problems

      • The rules for the user name are not the same.
      • After the system language is changed, it is not applied globally.
      • When the user is obtaining a verification code, the system reminds you to obtain again in 120 seconds but the countdown starts from 60 seconds.
      • In OEM system, when an iCare domain name already exists, it can still be saved.

Remaining Problems

When users delete the used roles and go to the user list through the link on the prompt, If there are users that cannot be viewed, no prompt message appears.
