New features

- - Refused media cannot be added to playlists.
  - Only images and videos that are approved and needs approval can be set as standby or non-scheduled content.
  - When a playlist or solution contains unapproved media, a messages will be displayed, prompting the unapproved media will be skipped during playback.
  - When you add a user, if the role assigned to the user has the permission to create/edit media, the approval statuses of media uploaded by this user can be set.
  - After media item approval function is enabled, if the properties of media are edited, the status of the media will be changed to Needs approval.

Improvements

Made improvements to the description relating to the approval problem and expiration problem of media.

Fixed Problems

The content on the text editing page is not consistent with that displayed on the screen.
